Brief Description of Announcement, Charges, and Availability

Oct 20, 2020 Serif, Sonoran Sans Serif Headliner, Sonoran Sans Serif Condensed, and Sonoran Sans Serif Expanded licensed programs are six of the font licensed programs offered by IBM. These licensed programs provide fonts digitized for use on 240 dots-per-inch non-impact printers supported by Advanced Function Printing (AFP) software. Best Answer for Basic Sans-Serif Font Crossword Clue. The word that solves this crossword puzzle is 5 letters long and begins with A. IBM named the font Sonoran Sans Serif due to licensing restrictions and the manufacturing facility's location (, in the ), and announced in early 1984 that the Sonoran Sans Serif family, 'a functional equivalent of Monotype Arial', would be available for licensed use in the 3800-3 by the fourth quarter of 1984. Helvetica is a widely used sans serif typeface that has been popular in publishing since the 1960s. Commonly used alternatives to Helvetica include Arial and Swiss. Many other typefaces come close, and some are better matches than others, but if you are going for a certain look with a little bit of variation, the long list of Helvetica-like typefaces offers an embarrassment of riches.
